Biggest news of the week!

1. Nintendo Switch Online available September 18, 2018.
2. Isabelle turns a new leaf and joins Smash.
3. Luigi’s Mansion 3 and Animal Crossing 2019 announced for the Nintendo Switch in 2019.

After a week long delay due to natural disasters in Japan, Nintendo had a Nintendo Direct for 9–13–2018. Here is the run down of what was announced for the Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo Switch. You can watch the entire Direct on YouTube.

• Luigi’s Mansion 3

It is currently in the works and being developed for the Nintendo Switch. It is planned to be released in 2019.

• Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn

To be released for the Nintendo 3DS in 2019. It will include all of the levels from the Wii version, along with new minigames, new modes, and more.

• Mario and Luigi: Bowers's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.’s Journey

A remake of Mario and Luigi: Bowers's Inside Story for the Nintendo DS in 2009 will be released on January 11, 2019. Now you can see things from Bowser Jr.’s point of view.

• Luigi’s Mansion

This remake for the Nintendo 3DS will include a new two-play mode will be available, 4 amiibo will have functionality in the game giving various help, and will be released on October 12, 2018.

• YO-KAI WATCH BLASTERS: Red Cat Corps/White Dog Squad

Out now for the Nintendo 3DS with bosses from every game so far. A free update will come out on September 27, 2018.

• Splatoon 2

Splatoon 2 Version 4 out now. New weapon sets along with an update to Splatfests are the primary features.

• Mega Man 11

Mega Man amiibo will be compatible and a new Double Gear System to will come with Mega Man 11 available October 2, 2018.

• Mario Tennis Aces

Mario Tennis Aces Version 2 coming out on September 19, 2018. The update will add Birdo, Sky Guy, and Petey Piranha with even more added throughout June 2019, and the new Co-op Challenge will become available.

• Capcom Beat’em up Bundle

Final Fight, The King of Dragons, Captain Commando, Knights of the Round, Warriors of Fate, Armored Warriors, and Battle Circuit all together in one bundle available on the eShop September 18, 2018. Four-player option and online play too.

• New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe

Comes with Nabbit and Toadette as playable characters now, and New Super Luigi U also included. Out January 11, 2019.

• Katamari Damacy REROLL

A remaster of Katamari Damacy comes out Winter 2018. It will be supported with Gyro Controls, HD Rumble, and multiplayer battles.

Service begins September 18, 2018, and wireless NES controllers announced for $59.99.

• Pokémon Let’s Go, Pikachu! & Pokémon Let’s Go, Eevee!

Secret Techniques and powerful moves only for you Pikachu or Eevee. Out November 16, 2018, along with a new Nintendo Switch bundle that includes one of the games, special Joy-Cons, and the Poké Ball Plus.

• Diablo III: Eternal Collection

Available November 2, 2018.

• Super Mario Party

Single Player Mode, 80 new minigames, new types of Minigames, and more out October 5, 2018.

• Town (Working Title)

New RPG coming out in 2019.

• Cities: Skylines Nintendo Switch Edition

Both DLC packs with be included, out now.

• Daemon X Machina

Launches 2019.
